If you decide to do this, you should probably place priorities. I would possibly do that for real estate topics, but not the About DemoTown topics. Too many links in the sidebar can be a problem. Besides, they can always use the category dropdown box to locate precisely the topic they want. WordPress with plugins is highly flexible, so design the way that you want. Even if you create pages and decide not to place them in the sidebar, you can keep them if you change your mind. They do need to remain child pages however, so they don’t fill up the top bar and cause a second row of tabs.
